How do you play baccarat?

Baccarat – how to play it? The aim is to bet on the hand they believe will have a value closest to nine. To get you up to speed we will shortly explain the rules of baccarat and the importance of luck.

The game is played with multiple decks of cards. Each card has a point value: cards two through nine are worth their face value in points, tens, jacks, queens, and kings have no point value, and aces are worth one point. At the start of a game, two hands are dealt. Each hand receives two cards. The value of the hand is the sum of the two cards, but if this sum is a two-digit number, only the second digit counts.

Players place their bets on either the Player's hand, the Banker's hand, or on a tie. Importantly, betting on the Banker's hand does not imply betting against oneself. The winning hand is the one with a value closest to nine. If the two hands have the same value, it results in a tie, and only those who bet on a tie win.

The beauty of Baccarat lies in its simplicity and the element of luck. With no complex strategies or decisions to make during play, it’s a game where luck is the primary factor. Players enjoy the thrill of guessing which hand will be the lucky one, adding to the game's excitement.
