Who is Raja?
Raja is Scott Richter, an American based in Colorado. The name is the Sanskrit word for “king”, and a 2025 magazine profile styles him the “Slot King”. He says he began filming his own slot play in 2014; Social Blade shows the YouTube channel was created on 30 December 2015. Forbes described the format in 2018: high-stakes machines, a “#BOOM” graphic for big wins and a fan base called the “Bomb Squad“. By then the channel had more than 115,000 subscribers.
Before the 2020 casino closures he streamed weekly from casinos in Black Hawk, Colorado, and from casinos around the country, Westword reported. During the closures he switched for a time to live-streaming Colorado Lottery scratch tickets.

Where to watch
| Platform | Channel | Audience |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube | @TheBigJackpot | 684K subscribers, about 414 million views (Social Blade, 10 October 2026) |
| Other platforms | Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Rumble, X, Discord and others, linked from his site | Per-platform counts not found |
| All platforms | Self-reported | About 2.6 million followers, per a November 2025 interview |
Social Blade’s daily rows show about 1.32 million views and 24 new videos between 27 September and 10 October 2026. His site also carries a restaurant-review strand, “Eating With Raja“, and features two other on-screen personalities, BOD and Tee Winn.
Casino partners and sponsors
His partners page shows eight “Premier Partners” (DraftKings, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Virgin Voyages, Peppermill, Agua Caliente, Monarch and Epic Slots) and 49 “Venue Partners”, among them Caesars Palace, The Venetian, The Cosmopolitan, Resorts World Las Vegas, several Hard Rock properties, Foxwoods and Yaamava’. It gives no terms, and we found no deal values reported by independent outlets.
What he has said himself, in the ED Magazine interview: casinos book him at $12,500 to $15,000 a day with a two-day minimum, he keeps whatever he wins on stream, and he has “exclusive promotions” with social casinos. Those are his own figures and have not been verified.
The $1.08 million jackpot and other results
| When | Game and venue | Bet | Win | Source and notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 17 December 2023 | Dragon Link, high-limit lounge at The Palazzo, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas | $250 | $1,081,106 (Grand jackpot) | Resort media release carried by Fox5 Vegas and News 3; Casinos.com says it came during a YouTube live stream |
The details vary slightly between write-ups. Casinos.com published two pieces on what appears to be the same session: one names the game as Golden Link and says he started at $50 a spin, the other names Dragon Link, has him starting at $25 a spin and quotes a hand pay of $1,059,355.15 after a $27,000 bonus earlier in the session. Fox5 Vegas and Casino.org give $1,081,106 on Dragon Link; News 3 gives the same amount without naming the game. He describes himself as the only influencer to have hit a million-dollar jackpot on stream; that is his claim.
We found no specific documented losses. Westword described swings of $100,000 in either direction within fifteen minutes in his sessions.
Slots he plays
We found no statement of favourites. The games tied to him in coverage are Dragon Link, from the 2023 jackpot, and Black Widow at The Cosmopolitan, which Forbes used in 2018 as its example of his videos at $600 a pull. His stakes in the jackpot session rose to $250 a spin.
Business and community
The Big Jackpot app, published by Media Breakaway, is a free social-casino slots game with in-app purchases from $0.99 to $99.99; its App Store listing says it offers no real-money gambling and no chance to win real money or prizes. The site also sells merchandise and links a Patreon, Cameo bookings and fan cruises with Norwegian and Royal Caribbean. Outside gambling, ED Magazine describes him as being behind Reply 200, an AI tool for answering comments and messages.
Events listed for late 2026 include Hard Rock Sacramento (16 and 17 October), Peppermill Reno (18 and 19 October), Baha Mar in Nassau (22 to 24 October), Monarch Black Hawk (29 October), Agua Caliente (30 and 31 October), The Venetian (6 and 7 November), Hard Rock Tejon (11 November), Hard Rock Cincinnati (13 and 14 November) and Hard Rock Tampa (18 to 20 November).
Controversies and background
The 2018 YouTube removal. Forbes reported in June 2018 that his channel vanished at about the same time YouTube suspended Brian Christopher’s, and that both were reinstated without an apology or explanation. Forbes reported no finding against him; its author said the cause was unknown.
His email-marketing past. This is unrelated to gambling but is Richter’s earlier career. He ran the email-marketing company OptInRealBig.com, later Media Breakaway, and was once nicknamed the “Spam King”. New York’s attorney general sued him in December 2003, a case that was settled, with Richter and OptInRealBig.com agreeing to pay New York State $50,000 in penalties and investigation costs, and in August 2005 he and his company agreed to pay Microsoft $7 million in a settlement, with reports at the time noting that he denied breaking any laws. Westword wrote that lawsuits ended with him paying out about $20 million, and quoted him saying “I have a checkered past” and that his focus is now gambling streams.
We found no gambling-related lawsuit, allegation or regulatory action concerning the channel in the pages we opened. That reflects a limited search.
Raja net worth
We found no net worth estimate from a named source. ED Magazine’s interview-based profile says his media operation brings in close to a million dollars a month, which is unverified. For streamers whose earnings have been reported in more detail, see our guide to the richest casino streamers.
Our rough estimate is $5 million to $15 million. It reflects a decade of slot content, about 684,000 subscribers, casino appearance fees and an earlier business career. It is our own guess, not a disclosed or published figure.
